Coaching Approach

I am dedicated to supporting your personal growth and helping you unlock your true potential. As your systemic coach, I will not provide direct advice or solutions but will collaboratively work with you to deepen your self-awareness and access your inner resources. It is my belief that with increased self-understanding, you can instigate positive changes, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Confidentiality

All information shared during our sessions is considered highly confidential. While I may discuss aspects of our work with my supervisor, I will only use your first name to maintain your privacy. Confidentiality may only be breached under the following circumstances:

• If I believe there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

• If your coaching records are legally requested by a court.

• If another party or agency requires your information, provided you have given written consent.

Sessions

Our initial agreement was 10 sessions of Systemic Therapy, with a review and negotiation for further sessions afterwards. Meetings will typically occur weekly at a scheduled time, and each coaching session will last 90 minutes.

Payments/Cancellations

An invoice will be sent, and payment needs to be made before the process starts. We all know unexpected things happen; however, if you need to change or cancel the appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations will incur additional fees of 50 AUD.

Record Keeping

I will maintain notes to track our progress, which will be stored securely and accessible to you upon request. Your coaching records will be retained for one (1) year from our last contact.

Ending Coaching

Ideally, the conclusion of coaching will be through mutual agreement. However, you have the right to terminate coaching at any time. If discontinuation seems appropriate, I will discuss this with you and may suggest a referral to a more suitable service.
